Still in the heart of May Madness, and I’m working hard to make it happen. Sticking to eating Paleo hasn’t been too difficult, thoughI have been eating a few things that are not in the Paleo diet like corn, quinoa and rice. Honestly, it’s all about being prepared. I really have to make sure I go to the grocery store before the beginning of the week and load up on veggies, proteins and fruit. Then as each meal approaches I have enough to whip together something yummy and paleo-friendly.

For dinner, I like to get a little more creative and it gives me something to look forward to at the end of the day. My number one resource for incredible Paleo recipes is Multiply Delicious. Every recipe I’ve ever made from this site is DELICIOUS. See.. Paleo can be fun and exciting.

Even if you aren’t eating Paleo, give some of these a try.. your tummy won’t regret it.

I promise I didn’t plan this.. but sometimes I get on a kick and I just can’t stop. This kick? You got it.. boyfriend shorts.

What’s hilarious is all day long guys kept telling me how much they loved my shorts.. I guess because they wanted to steal them.. if you are single maybe boyfriend shorts are the new “cute dog”.
