Vogue: The September Issue
Back in May, I was honored to be shot for the Vogue Influencer’s Covergirl Campaign which will be featured in the September Issue of VOGUE!!
Really a dream come true and the most amazing 24 hours a girl could experience.
West coast girls, Blair and I, joined east coast girls, Karen and Tess, for a day of hair, makeup, clothes-to die-for and photo shoot mania.
Here is a peek into the fabulous day in May.. and the actual real-deal VOGUE magazine lands on newsstands August 23rd!
My hair took half the morning.. with inspiration of Jerry Hall (BIG 70′s Hair).. that meant lots and lots of curls.. and I have lots and lots of hair.
All blown out and rolled up.. Shirley Temple Style.
Blair gets double duty of hair and nails.. such fun.
The racks of clothes, the floor of shoes.. we had our pick of what to wear.. and let me tell you .. that was no easy task! I mean, look at all that goodness.
Once chosen, our looks were steamed and ready to go.
In to the makeup chair.. these people truly are artists.
Blair heads back for her close-up with the camera.
Karen’s eyes were killer with the Covergirl Intense Shadow Blast
All the lovelies.. robed up for the day! Karen, Tess, Blair and me.. such a fun group!
The rollers came out.. and you should have seen my hair.. this isn’t even half of how high it got!

Just a thank you to the Vogue team who put this shoot together. Everyone was amazing to work with and I felt so honored. Thanks for a day I will never forget.
