My Week with Marilyn: Reflections

My week with Marilyn Monroe has come to a close, and reflecting back on the week I’ve learned a few things in channeling this iconic woman.
She didn’t mess with over-doing it.. she just enhanced what she was given and showed it off.
She reminded me of what it is to be a girl, playing dress up.. primping with hair.. and dolling up with make up (and eyelashes).
She was such a pose-er.. and I had fun getting outside my “blogger” poses.. and just having fun! Sass here.. smiles there.. hips here.. laughter there.
She was Marilyn Monroe.. and no one can replace her… but it was amazing to pretend to step into her heels for a few days.

On Monday, I thought how is she going to keep Marilyn fresh for the whole week – but you did it! And did it well! Loved this series!
