Figuring out my Figure

(Sweater – Crossroads, Skirt – Thrifted, Necklace – Civies, Shoes – Sam Edelman)
Getting dressed is becoming quite an adventure. No longer can I just pull out whatever I’m feeling and go for it. It takes more time, more thought and more creativity. I’ve gotten in a place where I want to hide the not so good parts and show off the lovely parts. Not easy… but I’m learning.
Little tweaks are what matter these days, like this skirt for example, normally I could wear this as a full maxi.. show off my waist and wear something tight on top… not any more. The fullness looks like a big house on me now.. so knotting it gives some shape and then topping it with a fuller shirt (cause that’s all that fits my middle
plays with the proportion.
Slowly but surely I’m figuring out this new figure.

All of you of lovely B.
