Fit & Fabulous: Current Weight Loss Stats
It’s time for my Fit & Fabulous updated stats!
First, let me say.. having a group of cheerleaders makes this all the more fun and much more motivating! I love that a group of you have joined the #bjsfitandfabulous team on instagram and every day I’m excited to see the new recipes, workouts and activities that everyone is doing to feel fit and fabulous. So, thanks!
This month, the weight is falling off pretty quickly. I’m sure a day will come when I plateau, but for now I’m enjoying it. I really kicked myself into gear with much harder workouts (see earlier post), and because of this I’m seeing definition peek out again.
As of a week ago, I really started to feel like my old self. My waist is coming back (hip hip hooray) and my arms are slimming and toning (yipppeee!). This process has made me so much happier with myself and thankful for the body that I have. I’ve really become less critical and I’m just enjoying the process.
So, with out further ado.. here are my current stats!

Congrats on the progress! I’m also glad to hear you’re learning to enjoy the process. It took me a long time to figure that out when I started working out more regularly. You gotta like what you’re doing, or it’ll be so much harder to see results and TRULY appreciate them!

Hi there!
Congrats for your achievementes. I’m not joining the group because I’m lean, although I workout hard everyeday to be healthy and strong and I’m also trying to learn as much as I can about better life styles, eating clean and that kind of stuff. And that’s the reason I’m writing to you, because I thought that you girls can benefit from a few things I’ve found out.
I’ve found this page http://www.bodyrock.tv/ which is great to workout at home. They also have a Facebook community in which there are lots of videos and healthy recipes.
I’ve also found some clean eating webs that you may find useful:

Wow! You are doing so well and look great too. My dad recently lost 45 pounds using Loseit (a calorie counting app) and exercising. I know its not for everyone but it worked great for him.
I actually use Lose it! It’s great.

Blimey! That’s brilliant! So chuffed for you. You are an inspiration. I am trying to lose the baby weight too and have downloaded an app called my fitness pal which sounds a bit like your lose it one. Finding it really hard to stick to 1200 calories a day but your results make me want to keep at it. Now have to get some exercise into my day. Fit it around taking my girl to kindie and getting my baby to nap! Good luck with the new goal. C x

What a gutsy thing to share! Good for you! I had my little boy two weeks ago, and I am very excited to start losing the baby weight in the coming weeks. Just curious, are you breastfeeding? I know it can be an added help in losing weight for some, and can cause weight retention for others…
