Fit & Fabulous: Current Weight Loss Stats
It’s time for my Fit & Fabulous updated stats!
I ended January accomplishing my updated goal of 155lbs.. and was also able to drop a few more pounds!! I’m still giving myself until the end of May to accomplish my goal of reaching 135lbs, so with that in mind, I’ve adjusted my monthly weight loss to 5 lbs. I know these remaining 18 lbs. will probably be a lot harder to lose, so I want to be realistic and allow my body to reach it’s goal in a healthy way.
February’s workouts are getting a kick in the butt.. literally.. with the Brazil Butt Lift Workout Program. It’s a four week system that I will be doing five days a week. Follow me on the new app VINE to see daily video posts about my progress. Of course, you can continue to track and join together with the #bjsfitandfabulous crew!!
