Fit & Fabulous: Current Weight Loss Stats
It’s time for my Fit & Fabulous updated stats!
Today is the last day of February and I’m proud to say I have exceeded my end of the month goal. I wanted to weigh 148 lbs and as of today I weighed in at 145 lbs!!! I’m on the home stretch and I can’t believe it, only 10 lbs left to lose. I know these last few pounds are going to be a lot harder to lose, and that they will come off slower than the rest. Progress is progress, no matter how fast.. right!
When I began this journey in December, I left behind all junk food and really only had a few cheat days thrown in the mix. After spending nine months craving all unhealthy things, I was ready for a change. Lately, I’ve noticed that my cravings for “yummy” food has started creeping back in. This is something that I will have to fight over the next few months.
My current routine involves working out at least 4 to 5 days a week, and making smart choices at each meal. I use the app LOSE IT to document everything I eat and count my calories and exercise.. I love it! My workouts are either doing theÂ Brazil Butt Lift series, Tracy Anderson Mat Workout, or loading Turner up in the baby carrier and taking really long walks.
