Here are Libby’s thoughts…
Juicing is a very personal thing. There is no wrong way. Whatever works best for YOUR body is the right way. Your body naturally cleanses itself but juicing helps move that process along. It is easy to digest and can increase your metabolic rate. It is an easy and fast way to ensure that your body is getting beneficial enzymes which are primarily found in raw fruits and vegetables, which have a vital role in converting food into body tissue and energy.
Juicing ensures a high intake of antioxidants and has other immune enhancing properties. There are so many different combinations of juices out on the market today. I try to stick to mostly vegetable base juices as they usually have less sugar than fruit mixes.
Juicing isn’t an every day part of my life but I try and have 1 at least 4 days out of my week. I only do a juice cleanse after a weekend full of food and drink or before I go on vacation as I want to cleanse my body of any extra toxins. It helps to get my digestive system back on track and honestly just makes me feel better.
There are many different juicing companies I enjoy but Ritual Wellness is definitely a favorite of mine. Their juices are light and full of flavor. I love the combinations and assortment they supply. I would recommend anyone to try juicing. I would also recommend they start slow as their bodies may not be used to the decreased caloric intake and they may not react to it well.
So that being said when you visit your local juicing company ask their employees for a cleanse plan and have them help you find out what is best for YOU.
